Shipping & Returns
All orders will be handled via DHL and will be sent within five working days after receipt of payment by the consumer. Within the Netherlands, We do our utmost best to deliver your order within 2-3 working days after receiving the payment. For Europe and other countries the expected shipment time is 4-6 and 8-12 working days.
Please note that all the information is an estimate provided by DHL so we cannot guarantee any delivery times based on this information. If you have an urgent request please send us an email so we can ship by express delivery.

Customs & import fees
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Important: Some countries outside the European Union, e.g. the United States, require an import duty payment upon arrival of your order. Lemej does not reimburse these costs. Lemej has no influence or control over such duties and will therefore not be able to inform you thereof. Before placing such an order, you must check yourself whether the items ordered by you can be exported to or imported in the country in question and what the cost is thereof.
If you refuse a shipment from Lemej, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, import fees that are included on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Lemej. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Lemej will gladly accept returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you have the right, without giving any reasons, within fourteen days after receiving the product to indicate that you wish to terminate the contract with regard to the product in question. This concerns the so-called time to reconsider. You may use your right to termination by giving any unequivocally declaration to Lemej of your termination. Please return all items in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Lemej will not accept any items that have been washed, worn, stained, damaged or altered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the sender.
Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case the order will be refunded, any new items can be bought in the online store.
Please use the return form you find attached to your order to return your item(s).All returns should be accompanied with the order number, reason of return. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days from receiving the return. The returned items will be refunded to the same card or account that they were paid from. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Lemej recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep your track & trace receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Shipping costs for returning are the responsibility of the customer. Lost packages will not be refunded.
